Knitting

Our newly renovated knitting department consists of a combination of 22 machines of Fukhuara and Ssang Yong that is capable of producing over 100,000 kg of fabric per month. Fukhuara machines are considered to be one of the best in the world when it comes to quality, productivity, versatility, and reliability. Our knitting department operates 24 hrs and is well monitored and supervised at all times with highly skilled machine operators who have been with us since over 20 years. The knitted fabrics are thoroughly checked to ensure that only "A" grade fabric is transferred to the subsequent operations. more

Stitching

The apparel stitching department in Faisal Corporation has the capability of producing 150,000 pieces per month and is equipped with high-speed Pegasus, Juki, Yamato and Subaro machines. The stitching work is carried out in 2 independent stitching units, each equipped with team of cutting masters who use technologically advanced software and a dedicated sampling unit.

Experienced managers supervise skilled teams in each unit to complete the final packing stage once garments are ready. Strict quality control checks are employed at every stage of the processes and separate quality control teams look after each unit. more

Cutting, Pressing & Packing

In cutting, pressing & packing, the human resources that we use work on their duties very sincerely and they have been with the company for a long time. In cutting dead cotton, holes, unevenness, dyeing faults, shade variation, needles marks from knitting get reported and are rectified in the first instance. Our pressing and packing department is well managed and is always inline with the overall production cycle. more

Quality Control

Quality control is the most essential aspect in production. There are multiple points for each of the stages of production where the fabric/garment gets checked in our industrial unit. Each member of our team at their own level makes sure that the order is processed appropriately. At Faisal Corporation, Quality means to produce as per the requirement and to meet and exceed the satisfaction of the customer by all means. Quality is never jeopardized at any cost when a product is developed and delivered. We have two separate checking departments where the order is processed after completing the whole cycle of production. Highly trained and experienced staff is used in the checking department. We put great effort in training and educating our checking staff on regular basis to follow all the guidelines of the order and company. more
