Stitching
Stitching is one of the most important phases in production where skilled people are required to work on quality machines to give required output. In our stitching unit we have Two departments with over 350 machines, with the combination of Juki and Kansai. Like Fukhuara and Orizio Machines, Juki is also another well known brand in the industry. Some of the people who work here have been with us since 1986.We also have special Machines Like Zigzag, Picot, Straight Flat lock Machine etc to produce value added products. Their skills and experience has grown with the company tremendously. As we keep moving on to the new era of style and fancy items we realize the requirement to update and progress. Our stitching unit maintains quality standards and can produce monthly around either 150,000 plain T-Shirts, 40,000 Rugby-Shirts, 40,000 Polo-Shirts, 30,000 Sweat-Shirts, 90,000 Pajama-Suits, or 20,000 fleece jackets.
